Unfortunately the conference was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.springer.com\/gb\/book\/9783030628024\">Proceedings<\/a> were published later by Springer.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ifip.org\">IFIP<\/a> has a formal consultative partnership relation with UNESCO and is listed as an international non-governmental organization (NGO).
