In May 2017 David published an article in The Conversation entitled Ten ways Manchester is set to become one of the world’s top “digital cities”, asking whether, as new Greater Manchester Mayor, Andy Burnham, suggested in his Manifesto, Manchester really is one of the world’s leading digital cities.
