Proceedings of HCC12 Published by Springer

In September 2016 David was Chair of the 12th IFIP TC9 Human Choice and Computers Conference, “Technology and Intimacy: Choice or Coercion” at MediaCityUK, Salford Quays.The Proceedings were published by Springer.

IFIP has a formal consultative partnership relation with UNESCO and is listed as an international non-governmental organization (NGO). Technical Committee 9 (TC9) on ICTs and Society hold the Human Choice and Computers conference biennially.

The conference was a great success and attracted a great deal of press attention, including David giving interviews on BCC Radio and local Manchester TV.
