Co-Chair 14th IFIP TC9 Human Choice & Computers Conference: Human-Centric Computing in a Data-Driven Society

David was Co-Chair and Editor-in-Chief, along with co-Chairs Taro Komukai, Kaori Ishii and Gopal T.V., of the 14th IFIP TC9 Human Choice and Computers Conference: Human-Centric Computing in a Data-Driven Society  which was due to take place in Tokyo, Japan, in September 2020. Unfortunately the conference was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but the Proceedings were published later by Springer.

IFIP has a formal consultative partnership relation with UNESCO and is listed as an international non-governmental organization (NGO). Technical Committee 9 (TC9) on ICTs and Society hold the Human Choice and Computers conference biennially.
